Jason Cocco, President

Jason has served on Terrestria's Board since 2007, joining as Vice President. In March 2009, Jason was appointed Board President. Jason's background is in finance, graduating from Drexel University with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in 2003. From 2003-2007, Jason managed a mortgage company on the Main Line. Jason then spent 4 years in financial services, working for Mass Mutual. In 2010, Jason transitioned into banking and has been a manager at TD Bank in Washington Township since 2012. In addition to his involvement with the Homeowners' Association, Jason volunteers his time as a coach for the Gloucester Township Lions Football organization. Jason also coached multiple little league teams for Erial Little League, and most recently, Monroe Township.

Leland “Rocky” Rockstraw, PhD, RN, Vice President

A 12-year resident of Keats Court, Rocky has served as Vice President on the Board of Directors since September 2017; he previously served as director-at-large. Rocky is a professor of nursing at Drexel University, teaching both in person and online for the last 16 years.


Rocky is married, has a 29 year old daughter and 3 cats. When not working, Rocky enjoys 'fixing up' his house and riding his motorcycle.

Anthony Micale, Treasurer

During the day, Anthony works as a Financial Controller in the quick service restaurant industry, and is also developing new business ventures.


He is a resident of Burberry Court, along with his wife, Jennifer, and his two children, Anthony (the younger) and Saoirse. Anthony is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he studied Entrepreneurial Business Management and Psychology.

Gary E. Miller, Board Member


Gary Miller retired from the Reading, Pennsylvania Housing Authority as Deputy Executive Director. He was responsible for the modernization, maintenance & procurement of a 2500 unit housing agency. He managed a superintendent, two foremen and a maintenance staff of 30 tradesmen.

Gary has acquired over 50 years experience in the construction industry. He began his career as an Aircraft Electrician in the United States Navy. Upon discharge he worked in Vietnam and Thule, Greenland for Government contractors as an Industrial Electrician.

Upon returning to the USA he worked for numerous Industrial firms in the Philadelphia area mastering his trade skills in industrial electricity. Gary has held many administrative positions throughout his working career including:

    • Executor Director of Atlantic Construction Training Corporation, Atlantic City, NJ


    • Director of Employment & Training for a nonprofit training corporation


    • Deputy Director of the West Oak Lane CDC

Gary incorporated and operated an electrical/general contracting firm specializing in the development of new stores including many stores located in the Rouse Gallery located in center city Philadelphia, and housing rehabilitation for the City of Philadelphia.

Gary is currently semi-retired. He provides consulting services to small and medium size contracting firms. Additionally he provides vocational counseling services to nonprofits focused on construction apprenticeship.
