Jason Cocco, President
Jason has served on Terrestria's Board since 2007. In March 2009 Jason was appointed Board President. Jason's background is in banking and financial services. He has a Bachelor's of Science from Drexel University. Jason has worked for TD Bank since 2013, first as a store manager for and currently as a commercial lender / relationship manager. Jason has also worked for financial services firm, MassMutual and spent 6 years managing a mortgage company. In addition to his board involvement with Terrestria, Jason also serves on the family selection and finance committee for the Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity. He also volunteers his time to coach youth sports including tackle football, baseball, and flag football.
Georgeo Bosco, Vice President
Georgeo has been a resident at Terrestria close to 20 years and an elementary school teacher for 25 years. He enjoys his profession very much and says, "I look forward to serving our community and making our association great for all." In his free time, Georgeo enjoys antiquing and spending time with his extended family.
Anthony Micale, Treasurer
During the day, Anthony works as a Financial Controller in the quick service restaurant industry, and is also developing new business ventures.
He is a resident of Burberry Court, along with his wife, Jennifer, and his two children, Anthony (the younger) and Saoirse. Anthony is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he studied Entrepreneurial Business Management and Psychology.
Terri Myers, Secretary
Terri is a 32-year resident of Terrestria and has recently retired from a 40+ year career as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care. She is also a proud mom of two as well as a proud grandparent. Terri shares, "Working for much of the time I have lived here, I was not able to be involved as much as I would have liked. Now, being retired, I can devote more time to being involved with the community and decision making."
John Blanchard, Board Member
John has served our community as a Board member since 2021. He retired from active ministry as a United Methodist Pastor in 2016, after serving almost 15 years in the Baltimore/Washington Conference.
John and his wife, Joan, have been married for over 40 years. They are the proud parents of two daughters, and have two terrific grandchildren.
